'May You Feel Free' Retreat

Together we will experience a beautiful mixture of the following....
- Slow flow yoga to gently unwind your body from stress and wake you up to living fully and freely within your own body
- Breathwork - proven techniques to free your nervous system from holding stress
- Yin yoga - deep relaxation of your mind and a deep release of your body's held tension
- Meditation woven into breathwork is a powerful way to ground you and bring you into the freedom and presence of your self
- Freedom in Nature - dependent upon weather we will either walk freely in nature or enjoy the beautiful gardens of our retreat centre.
If the weather allows I'll be offering as much as possible in the beautiful outdoor gardens - a perfect place to feel freedom!
A light lunch will be provided and there will be refreshments on hand throughout the day.
